Hot spring action

Spring is upon us and the real estate market is heating up. It has been what we call a sellers market for the last year or so, and it is still going strong. Now is the perfect time to put your home on the market if you have been thinking of selling.

With a shortage of quality listings, any listing priced between $80,000.00 and $140,000.00, that is priced correctly and shows well, should sell quickly if listed with a qualified Realtor.

There have been 274 residential properties sold this year to date in Bonneville County
this includes all manufactured homes, townhomes, and condos. With an average price of $136,652.22.

There are currently 503 residential listings in Bonneville County, with an average price of $204,630.48. This data has been obtained through the local MLS.

With interest rates around 6% for a 30 year fixed conventional loan, and as low as 4.99% on a 30 year fixed for first time buyers, I do not anticipate any major changes in the market in the near future.
